Cleaning up the seat springs, and....
some paint on the front fenders (scroll down)....
Still messin' with the seats,
Ospho'd the springs
and painting them....
Spread 'em out on a blue tarp....
Soaked 'em with Ospho...
Left 'em overnight....
What they look like the next day....
High pressure hosed 'em down
Still wet, let 'em dry in the sun....

All dry and ready for paint
Rustoleum Gray looks good to me....
Ready for the upholstery shop....
Here's the seats in my '55 4dr gasser,
called "Patches",
Want to do something similar in this car....
But without the center strap on the seatbelts,
it's in Patches as I raced it for quite awhile....
Did some painting on the front fenders....
Sand blasted the insides and inside pieces,
left the original paint on the outside of the front fenders....
Used a high quality epoxy primer
Now it's time to put this front end together....
